Opens up the nose and quiets most of the snoring! December 1, 2008 I have been using these things for a couple years. I discovered the Amazon subscription program about 6 months ago and I have been greatly pleased. The price is cheaper than in any drug or grocery store and it comes to my door without me having to order it.
If I don't put one of these little guys on before I go to bed, I get a happy, little nudge from the wife telling me to put it on or go sleep in the guest room.
