 GREAT PRODUCE, DOES WHAT IT CLAIMS November 21, 2008
OK, OK, it is not a topic we like to discuss with strangers. But here it goes:
I bought this product after being bound up for a week. I started Weight Watchers and my system was not used to so many veggies at once. I tried Metamucil, totally did not work and made the situation worse! I was in Trader Joe's and thought $9.99, why not give SCC a try. I started with 3 capsules to see if it would work. After about 3 days, boy did it work! I now take 4/5 at night. I can get away with 3 capsules also, but taking the full daily suggest amount, you'd never leave the restroom.
Now I find that if I do not take these, I'm in trouble and bound up again after about 4 days of not taking them. I take the tables with the acidophilus in them and I think that is the key. I tried the same brand with out the acidophilus and it did not seem to work as well.

I heard that products like these take a while to work, and it took about 3 weeks before I noticed any serious differences ^_^ But there's no way I can take away a star because of delay, because the product saved my bowels, and I'm feeling a lot more comfortable now than I did before I took it @_@;

Don't waste you money I would get lots of water and magnesium instead these just constipated me.

Like others said, 4 capsules 3 times a day seems way too much. I started with 2 in morning - 2 in evening, then increased that to 3 and now I'm just taking 4 at night and thats it. Its takes a few days to start seeing the effect. But it does work.

I LOVE this product. I tend to eat a fair amount of carbs - I'm of normal body weight but have a low metabolism. So, every night I take 4 or 5 of
these if I've had a lot of carbs that day, along with a glass of water or any beverage. The next day, I take another 4 or 5 capsules. DO NOT take 12 capsules per day, as suggested on the bottle. You will be absolutely miserable and having to use the restroom constantly, and you may also experience major bloating and intestinal pain. One time I took 12 capsules in a 24 hour period and I was a mess. BUT, if you find the appropriate dosage for yourself, based on your diet, this green remedy colon product will make you feel much better and keep your intestines very clean. You will notice a big difference right away.
