 Poor Customer Service (like none) December 24, 2008
I purchased 1 of these pans 2/08, never used anything other than Natures Miracle and H20 2 clean, pan cracked, hinges broke, glued them lasted a little longer, wrote the Co. per warranty (supposed life) never got response, Finally, I bought a throw away cartridge, mailed back plastic pan 4 replacement on 11/29/08, have not heard a thing.
I have emailed, called, multiple times.. No response!! No replacement NADA!!! next step... Better Buisness Bureau???

is this product for real, or is it a SCAM. I ordered it and paid for it 13 days ago, and have not gotten it, can not get anyone to call me back, can not get anyone to answer emails sent. I would say stay as far away from this company as you can. they must have alot of people writting fake reviews for them, while they scam all our $$$$.

Love it! I am saving so much money by using this product over buying the throw away ones that sale for about $15 a pop. Works the same, just dump it out, give it a wipe and refill with litter and u r good to go.
