I have very thick, wavy, long hair. This is the ONLY barrette I have found that A) can handle ALL of my hair and B) is polished enough to look good at work. I used to avoid ponytails at work, because they can look a little juvenile. But with these clips, I feel I can do the easy pony tail, and still look professional. LOVE it.
